At Param Sahib, every piece is handcrafted with care and made to the highest standard. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order garments, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@paramsahib.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will evaluate each case individually and do our best to make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All Param Sahib garments are handcrafted and made to order. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend contacting us before purchase if you have any queries regarding sizing, fabric, or customisation.
Canvas & Price on Request Items
Items listed as Price on Request are custom pieces. Once a quote is accepted and payment is made, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
DIY Rentals
Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damage to rental pieces will be assessed and charged accordingly. Please contact us at info@paramsahib.com for rental terms before confirming your booking.
