Damages & Issues
We take immense care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@paramsahib.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and our team will do its absolute best to resolve the matter and provide the appropriate assistance.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All Param Sahib garments are handcrafted and created specifically upon order. Due to the personalized nature of these made-to-order pieces, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Canvas & Price on Request Items
Items listed as Price on Request are bespoke creations tailored specifically to individual requirements. Once a quotation has been approved and payment has been processed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.
DIY Rentals
Rental items must be returned in their original condition, exactly as received at the time of delivery. Any damage, alterations, stains, missing components, or signs of improper handling will result in the customer being charged the full MRP value of the product.
